I could tell you that I’ve spent over a decade working in leadership, transformation, and personal development.
That I’ve supported people in organisations and as private clients as they navigated change, challenge, and growth.
That, along the way, I became an Integral MasterCoach™ using an approach that brings together the science of human behavior and psychology, embodied practice, and a deep respect for the many ways we make sense of ourselves and the world.
And while all of that is true, it isn’t really where this story begins.
A long time horse back rider, I noticed that around my horses, I naturally showed up with presence, emotional clarity, and a grounded sense of calm leadership. I listened differently. I trusted what I sensed. I didn’t second-guess. I didn’t let my self be pulled into proving, performing, or doubting myself.
It made me wonder:
Why was I able to access these qualities so naturally in one part of my life?
And why was it so much harder when things became more complex elsewhere?
That question changed everything. When I started translating what I knew with my horses about connection, leadership, and emotional attunement into the rest of my life, things began to flow more naturally. I felt more like myself. More at ease. More whole.
And then I realised something important: I’m not the only one.
Many of us become disconnected from parts of ourselves that are available in some situations but difficult to access in others.
We can be deeply grounded in one area of life and lose our footing when complexity shows up somewhere else.
And that’s where this work began.
Now I help my clients access more of who they already are, especially when life becomes challenging, uncertain, or complex.
We don’t force change. We work with awareness and real-life practice, creating small shifts that gradually change how you relate, respond, and lead.
It’s like a spiral: each insight creates ripples in you and into the rest of your life.
Because real change isn’t just a shift in thinking, I work with the whole person: mind, emotions, body, intuition, and relationships.
The goal isn’t to fix one part while ignoring the rest. It’s to create greater integration so more of who you are becomes available in the moments that matter.
I believe that most people don’t need to become someone else. They need support reconnecting with what they already know and expanding their capacity to live it.
This isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about creating change that becomes part of who you are; something you can feel in your leadership, your relationships, your decisions, and in the way you meet life’s complexity.
Because the ripples you create begin with how you show up.
