I could tell you that I’ve spent over a decade working in leadership, transformation, and personal development.
That I’ve coached people in corporate settings and worked privately with individuals who were ready to change something deeper in their lives.
That, along the way, I became an Integral MasterCoach™ using an approach that brings together the science of human behavior and psychology, somatic and embodied coaching, and the wisdom of Eastern philosophy.
A long time horse back rider, I noticed that around my horses, I naturally showed up with presence, emotional clarity, and calm leadership. I listened differently. I trusted myself more. I didn’t second-guess. I didn’t shrink. I didn’t overwork to prove something.
It made me wonder: Why was it so easy to use those capabilities there?
Why was it so much harder in other parts of my life?
That question changed everything. When I started translating what I knew with my horses about connection, leadership, and emotional attunement into the rest of my life, things began to flow more naturally. I felt more like myself. More at ease. More whole.
And then I realised something important: I’m not the only one who does this. So many of us compartmentalize our strengths. We’re powerful in one space and muted in another. And that’s where this work began.
So now I help my clients build from who they already are. We don’t push for change. We work with awareness, small steps, and real-life practice that opens the next turn of your growth. It’s like a spiral: each insight creates ripples in you and into the rest of your life.
Because real change isn’t just a mindset shift, I work with the whole person, your mind, your emotions, your intuition, and your body’s intelligence. It’s something you get to feel and live, not just think about.
It’s not about quick fixes. It’s about creating embodied change you can feel in your leadership, in your relationships, and in your sense of self.
